Dalia Al-Mansy, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland and an approved board supervisor. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), and a master’s degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University in Arlington, VA. Courtney Flynn, LCSW

Courtney Flynn, LCSW, earned her Bachelor of Social Work in 2015 and Master of Social Work in 2017 from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. She has over a decade of experience practicing psychotherapy in the Northern Colorado region.

Courtney began her career in 2014, working with high-risk youth on parole in a residential treatment setting. In this role, she provided crisis intervention and therapeutic support to adolescents with complex trauma. In 2015, she served as a facilitator at a high school Wellness Center, supporting teens struggling with substance use, trauma, and mental health challenges by connecting them with individualized resources.

From 2017 to 2022, Courtney worked at Mountain Crest Behavioral Health Center in Fort Collins as a care coordinator and behavioral health therapist. There, she provided a wide range of services, including crisis intervention, individual therapy, family and couples counseling, group therapy, trauma-focused care, and discharge planning for adolescents and adults in an inpatient psychiatric setting.

In 2022, Courtney shifted her focus to clients with substance use disorders. She joined Northpoint Recovery in Loveland, Colorado, where she served as a primary therapist for both adolescents and adults in intensive outpatient and inpatient programs, offering individual and group therapy.

In 2023, Courtney began working at The Redpoint Center in Fort Collins, an intensive outpatient program specializing in mental health and substance use treatment. There, she facilitated individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients explore and address the underlying causes of their behaviors in a safe, supportive, and authentic therapeutic environment.

Courtney's passion for this work is driven by a deep commitment to supporting her community and a genuine sense of empathy and compassion for others. Outside of her clinical work, she has been a professional dancer for over 15 years and has taught dance in her community for the past 12. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to music, seeking new adventures, and being with her friends, family, and loved ones. Traveling is also one of her greatest joys when she's not working or dancing.

Michelle Vasquez, LPC

Michelle E. Vásquez has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 27 years. She has been specializing in grief work since 2012. Many of her clients are living with the loss of loved ones or experiencing other types of non-death loss, such as divorce, job loss, and other significant life changes. Her primary goal is to truly listen to your experience and help you work through it, creating a plan of action together. It is your therapy, and your active involvement is crucial. When dealing with grief, you may still be in pain and need to talk about it long after others want you to stop talking. This is when therapy can be helpful. Your grief journey is at your pace. Michelle uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, along with other approaches that help you address loss and trauma in unique ways to begin to write your healing story. She has also worked with domestic violence survivors and child abuse survivors. Michelle works with clients both in English and Spanish and has experience with immigrant populations from many countries. Michelle graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University in 1993. She is currently studying Internal Family Systems Therapy to help her provide you with new ways to address the challenges that bring you to therapy.

Ronald Butler, LPC

Ronnie Butler is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience practicing in psychiatric, clinical, and inpatient settings. After completing an undergraduate degree in psychology in Oklahoma, Ronnie earned a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. He is licensed in Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico, and holds an endorsement from the Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health as a Clinical Supervisor for LPC Interns. Ronnie is also an active member of the American Counseling Association and the Oklahoma Counseling Association’s Mental Health Counselors Division.

Ronnie focuses on supporting individuals facing depression, anxiety, mood instability, trauma, adjustment challenges, attention difficulties, and substance use concerns. Kevin Seske, LCPC
