In 2022, I received a two-year certificate in Integrated Trauma from the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy, where I received training in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, and I am currently working toward a certification as an Accelerated Experiential Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, an experiential model that seeks to alleviate patients' psychological suffering by helping them process the overwhelming emotions associated with trauma, depression, and anxiety.
